Head Circumference - wrap a flexible tape measure around your head approximately 1 inch above the eyebrows, and ears. Use this measurement to find your helmet size in the chart above.

To ensure a proper fit, follow these guidelines:

1. The helmet size you choose should fit around the crown of your head comfortably.
2. The cheek pads should fit firmly around your face.
3. Fasten the chin strap, hold your helmet from both sides, and move your head from side to side to feel the perfect fit.
